Dr. Joel R. Phillips

Joel Phillips received the BS, MS, and PhD degrees from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 1991, 1993, and 1997 respectively. In 1997 he joined the mixed-signal group of Cadence Design Systems where he worked on development of algorithms for simulation and analysis of RF circuits. In 1999 he joined Cadence Berkeley Laboratories where he is a research scientist investigating problems in numerical algorithms and computer-aided-design.
