Dr. Per Ljung

Ljung received his M.Sc. from the Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm Sweden in 1985. As a Hertz Fellow at UC Berkeley, he received his PhD in 1996 in MEMS working on a vibratory gyroscope integrated with onchip BiCMOS electronics. With a multimillion dollar grant from DARPA, Ljung founded Coyote Systems in 1996 to commercialize fast cad tools for MEMS and VLSI.
