System-level design

This is the home page for the GSRC System Level Design meetings. These meetings are being held once ever week on Wednesday from 15.00 to 16.00 hours in the Ptolemy Lab room in 337 Cory Hall. At these meetings, we discuss in more detail about particular System Level Design tools and/or methodologies. See the forum for meetings schedules, presentations, and discussions.

It is possible to be remotely present at these meetings using NetMeeting.

The presentations consists in general of a 1/2 - 1 hour presentation on

• What is the challenge
• What is the contribution
• What is the methodology
• How general is the methodology
• What are observed problems

We try to keep the presented work in context of other System Level Design work. We would like to try to keep the discussions within the context of the "abstraction map", as presented by Edward Lee.
