Tasks
This is an attempt to schedule the concurrent activities in the group in
order to minimize conflicts due to people working on the same stuff. If you are
working on a task, please enter it in the appropriate list (or create a new
one). If you are about to work on a task, please have a look first if anybody
already took it. If you think a task needs to be done, enter it in the list,
possibly with your initials in parentheses (as the lead), so that someone who
wants to do the job may ask you for clarification.
I guess that we should maintain a list of completed tasks somewhere?
