Miodrag Potkonjak


Miodrag Potkonjak received his Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from University of California, Berkeley in 1991. In September 1991, he joined C&C Research Laboratories, NEC USA, Princeton, NJ. Since 1995, he has been an assistant professor in Computer Science Department at University of California, Los Angeles.

Miodrag Potkonjak authored or co-authored more than hundred papers in the area of design automation and signal processing. He received numerous scientific awards, and has been on the technical program committees of many conferences, such as ICCAD, ASP-DAC, ICIP, and ICASSP. His current research interests include intellectual property protection, Internet technologies, system core-based design, collaborative design, debugging techniques, and experimental algorithmics.
