Dr. Michael Kishinevsky


Michael Kishinevsky received the MSc and PhD degrees in Computer Science from the Electrotechnical University of St.Petersburg, Russia. He has been a researcher at the St.Petersburg Mathematical Economics Institute Computer Department, Russian Academy of Science in 1979-1982 and 1987-1989. From 1982 to 1987 he has been with a software company. From 1988 to 1992 he has been a senior researcher at the R\&D Coop TRASSA. In 1992 he joined the Department of Computer Science, Technical University of Denmark as a visiting associate professor. Since the end of 1994 until 1998 he was a professor at the University of Aizu, Japan. Since 1998 he is with the Strategic CAD Labs of Intel where he is working on high-level design and asynchronous design.

His current research interests include high-level design, design of asynchronous systems, logic synthesis and theory of concurrency. He coauthored two books in asynchronous design and has published over 60 journal and conference papers.
