Missing images in Powerpoint presentations under WebEx

From the WebEx website:
Graphics are not Displaying Correctly or Fully when using Presentation or Doc Sharing, but Appear Correct in PowerPoint.

Environment:

In Session Common symptoms you may be experiencing: Graphics are not displaying correctly or fully when using Presentation or Doc Sharing, but appear correct in PowerPoint. Poor image quality in shared presentation.

Solution:

Check to see if the images are grouped together:
  • Open the Microsoft PowerPoint file.
  • Go to the slide that is not appearing correctly.
  • Right click the image that does not display correctly and select Grouping.
  • Then select Ungrouped. This might require to be done several times until the Ungrouped option is grayed out.
  • Save the PowerPoint file.
  • Reload the PowerPoint into the meeting and check to see if the graphics display correctly.
