    Analog/Digital converter

We had a box called 'Inside Line' from SystemSoft Corporation of Boulder CO that stopped working.

I just ordered a Auto Linc Up (MC160A-R2) from Black Box for $190

    Auto Linc Up

Go digital with your analog modem-at up to 33.6 kbps!
  • Handset port enables you to connect an analog modem to virtually any digital phone without damage.
  • DSP technology enables automatic level adjustment-there's no need to consult complicated charts for level setting, and there are no switches to set.
  • Included batteries supply power on the road.
  • plugging your PC's analog modem into a digital line can be disastrous-unless you have the Auto Linc Up.
The Auto Linc Up's self-adjusting handset interface provides an analog/digital connection so you can send and receive data, e-mail, and faxes. There are no levels to set or switches to flip. It's easy!
Plus, the Auto Linc Up is V.34+ compatible, so you can get connections up to 33.6 kbps.
Two 9-volt batteries are included for power on the road-leave the AC adapter at home!
